1. Overview
Gramigo works without login, registration or a cloud account. Your learning progress, favourites, scores, streaks, completed topics and settings are stored locally on your device.
Because Gramigo does not create user accounts, most learning data can be deleted directly from your device. If you contacted us by email, you can also request deletion of support messages associated with your email address.
2. How to delete local app data
Use in-app reset options
Open Gramigo and use the available Data & Resets options to clear progress, favourites, streaks or settings where available.
Clear app storage on Android
Open Android Settings → Apps → Gramigo → Storage, then choose Clear data or Clear storage. Menu names may vary by device.
Uninstall Gramigo
Uninstalling the app removes the local app data stored on that device, unless your device or system backup restores it later.
3. Request deletion of support email data
If you sent feedback, a bug report or a support request by email, you may ask us to delete messages associated with your email address.
Email gramigocontact@gmail.com with the subject line Gramigo Data Deletion Request. Please use the same email address you used to contact us, and include a short description of what you want deleted.
Please do not include passwords, payment information or sensitive personal details in your request. We may need to keep limited information if required for legal, security or abuse-prevention reasons.
4. Advertising and consent choices
Gramigo uses Google AdMob to show ads. Advertising-related data and consent choices may be processed by Google and its advertising partners according to your region, consent choices and Google’s policies.
If ad privacy options are available in your region, open Gramigo → Privacy → Manage Ad Privacy to review or change your ad consent choices. You can also manage advertising preferences from Android device settings and Google privacy controls where available.
5. What deletion affects
Deleting local app data may remove saved progress, favourite questions, scores, streaks, completed topics and settings from your device. This action may be permanent and may not be recoverable.
Deleting support email data does not automatically delete data processed by third-party services such as Google AdMob. Those choices are managed through the in-app ad privacy options, Android settings and Google privacy controls where available.
