Privacy Policy for Gramigo

1. Information we collect

Gramigo does not require you to create an account and does not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, email address or phone number to use the app.

The app may store quiz progress, scores, favourite questions, streak information, completed topics and settings preferences locally on your device to provide core app features.

2. Local storage

Quiz progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. Gramigo does not currently provide account-based cloud sync or operate an external user database for these learning features.

You can remove local data by using available reset options, clearing the app’s data in your device settings or uninstalling the app.

3. Feedback and support

Feedback and bug report options may open your email app. If you choose to send an email, your email address and the information you include will be shared with the email recipient. Sending feedback is optional.

4. Advertising and consent

Gramigo uses Google AdMob to show ads, including rewarded ads and interstitial ads. Rewarded ads may be used to continue a test after running out of lives, and interstitial ads may appear between test flows or after certain completed practice sessions.

Google AdMob may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, ad interactions, approximate location information, diagnostics and other data needed to deliver, measure and improve ads. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalised or non-personalised.

Where required by privacy regulations, Gramigo uses Google’s consent tools to ask for and manage ad privacy choices. If ad privacy choices are available in your region, you can review or change them inside the app from the Privacy section.

5. Third-party services

Gramigo uses Flutter packages and platform services to provide local storage, open links, play sound effects and show ads. The main third-party advertising service used by Gramigo is Google AdMob.

6. Data sharing

Gramigo does not sell or rent personal user data. Local app progress and preferences remain on your device unless you choose to send information through your own email application.

Advertising-related data may be processed by Google AdMob and its partners for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and compliance purposes, according to your consent choices and applicable law.

7. Your choices

You can clear local progress and preferences by using app reset options, clearing Gramigo’s app data in your device settings or uninstalling the app.

If privacy options are required or available in your region, you can open Gramigo’s Privacy section and use “Manage Ad Privacy” to review or update your ad consent choices.

You can also manage advertising preferences from your Android device settings where available.

8. Data deletion

Gramigo does not require an account and does not operate an external user database for your learning progress. Most learning data is stored locally on your device.

You can delete local learning data from the app reset options, Android app storage settings or by uninstalling the app. For details and support requests, visit the Gramigo Data Deletion page.

9. Children

Gramigo is designed as an English grammar practice app and is not directed at children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support email, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

10. Changes to this policy

This privacy policy may be updated when Gramigo changes its features, advertising setup, third-party services or legal requirements. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last updated.
